The staff were super helpful. I left a bag on the shinkansen after 5 train changes in one day. I have very limited Japanese, but the staff were amazing and rang the train station for me. They kept me informed with the process and i was stoked. with the outcome. I was also travelling with my bicycle and they were happy for me to take it into my room in the rinko bag. Tidy hotel, great breakfast.

Very affordable room with very helpful staff. We booked the hotel for a one night stay in Hakodate as we wanted to visit the morning market. We took the opportunity to do laundry which only cost €2 for a wash & dry. Reception will call you when the load is finished & offered to fold our last load as we were going out. Parking and access was easy.

Great location right next to the train station and the harbor, so you can see the boats from the breakfast room! Very clean, spacious rooms with views. Breakfast was delicious and there were a ton of different options. Located in a quiet area, but you're a short walk from several great restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

The lighting can be adjusted (white, yellow, dim etc). The location is great as you can walk to JR Hakodate Station and the morning market.
